I don't know if there are some old registry files left behind by the scrubber that I need to remove manually.
I've tried scrubbing, restarting, installing different versions (Business 365, Enterprise 365, 2021 LTSC), using different update channels (beta, current preview, current), OfficerRTool and YAOCTRI, enabling/disabling telemetry, enabling/disabling Internet access, etc. functions only appear occasionally if I close and reopen Excel (I think that might have something to do with Excel having Internet access?). The dynamic array functions (UNIQUE, SORT, etc.) have disappeared completely and the new LAMBDA, MAP, BYCOL, etc. Is anyone else missing some of the new functions in Excel? I'm using Microsoft 365 Enterprise on WIndows 10 and am on the latest beta channel version 15003.20004.
